📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Lead and mentor a team of skilled professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
Conduct site inspections and provide recommendations for improvements and maintenance.
Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Develop and implement sustainable landscaping practices and innovative design solutions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
Manage inventory and procurement of materials and equipment.
Prepare and present project reports and proposals to clients and internal teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscaping and project management.
Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
Strong knowledge of plant selection, irrigation systems, and hardscaping techniques.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
