📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of specialty teas, including traditional and innovative blends.
• Operate and maintain tea brewing equipment, including espresso machines, steamers, and grinders.
• Ensure high-quality ingredients and supplies are available for daily operations.
• Assist in training new staff on tea preparation techniques and customer service.
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards in the tea preparation area.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new tea recipes and menu items.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience for all guests.
• Participate in inventory management and restocking of tea supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the tea or coffee industry.
• Proven expertise in preparing and serving specialty teas, with a strong understanding of tea brewing techniques.
• Experience with espresso machines, steamers, and other tea preparation equipment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP principles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
