📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Identifying areas of risk and recommending corrective actions to mitigate these risks.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management.,Collaborating with department heads to understand operational processes and identify audit objectives.,Ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Developing and implementing internal audit plans and procedures.,Providing training and guidance to junior auditors and staff on internal control systems.,Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions implemented after audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of internal control systems and audit methodologies.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
