In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Coordinate training and development programs,Oversee payroll and benefits administration,Manage employee engagement and satisfaction surveys

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of English is a plus
