📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong employer brand and represent the company in all recruitment activities.,Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
