📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.,Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care, quality, and efficiency.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and optimal resource utilization.,Ensure the availability of necessary medical supplies and equipment, and manage their inventory.,Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Handle patient inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Participate in staff training and development programs to maintain high professional standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with medical terminology and equipment is a plus.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals.,Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
