📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with the company's strategic objectives.,Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of training programs.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.,Manage the learning and development budget and ensure optimal resource allocation.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record in designing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software tools.,Certification in learning and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
