📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned vessels, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.,Plan and execute voyage schedules, including port calls and navigation routes.,Manage and mentor a team of deck officers and crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure the vessel is well-maintained and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.,Handle crew scheduling, leave management, and personnel matters.,Maintain accurate records of vessel operations, including maintenance logs, crew performance, and incident reports.,Coordinate with shore-based teams to ensure seamless integration of vessel operations with overall company objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Nautical Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Officer in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's Certificate (Unlimited) or equivalent.,Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team of deck officers and crew members.,Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and safety standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with vessel maintenance and repair procedures.
