📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Manage the payroll process, including calculating and distributing employee salaries and benefits.,Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
