SHIFT Mandiri is looking for a dedicated Lab Technician to join our team. As a Lab Technician, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests and analyses to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our results. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.,Prepare and maintain laboratory records and reports.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.,Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting.,Familiarity with laboratory equipment and techniques.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and equipment.
