PT Wira Sentosa is looking for a dedicated and friendly Cashier Staff to join our team in Canggu. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.,Provide excellent customer service to both in-store and online customers.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely.,Assist with inventory management and restocking.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.,Follow all company policies and procedures.,Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language.,Willingness to work in a hybrid setting.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
