As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet operations.,Monitor and maintain the performance of all vehicles in the fleet, including fuel efficiency, mileage, and service records.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and address any issues or potential problems.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet activities and transactions.,Provide regular reports and updates on fleet performance and operational status to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices related to fleet operations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
