Sun Pearl Indonesia is looking for a Deputy HR Generalist to join our team in Surabaya. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job advertising, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR Manager in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Conduct employee surveys and provide feedback to the HR Manager.,Support the HR Manager in managing HR-related projects and initiatives.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and documents.,Support the HR Manager in managing HR-related budgets and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and HRIS software.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
