📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel and its crew.,Maintain compliance with all maritime regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.,Plan and execute voyages, including route planning, fuel management, and cargo operations.,Supervise and mentor junior officers and crew members.,Conduct regular safety inspections and drills to ensure compliance with safety standards.,Manage and resolve any issues or emergencies that may arise during operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vessel operations and crew performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or Chief Officer in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited or with appropriate endorsements).,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of maritime regulations, including SOLAS, ISM, and ISPS.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Experience with cargo operations and vessel maintenance.,Good knowledge of navigation and piloting.

🛠️ Keahlian

Advanced knowledge of ship handling and maneuvering.Experience with electronic chart display and information systems (ECDIS).Familiarity with radar and other navigational equipment.Ability to manage and resolve conflicts within the crew.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Experience with risk assessment and management.Knowledge of environmental protection and pollution prevention.Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse team.
