📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular quality inspections and tests to ensure products meet industry standards and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality control best practices.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure consistent product quality.
• Prepare and present quality reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Control roles.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Proficient in using quality control software such as SAP Quality Management or QI Macros.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality standards in the transportation and logistics industry.
