📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservation systems.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Monitor front desk activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly and courteously.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk receptionist role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Computer literacy, with experience in using reservation and guest management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with local regulations and customs in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur.,Valid ID and work permit for Bontang, Kalimantan Timur.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
