Camp Spot Abadi is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various operational activities to ensure the smooth running of our business. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia. We are seeking someone who is passionate about operations and committed to delivering excellent service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and maintain operational systems and processes.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Generate and analyze operational reports to support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide support to the team as needed to achieve operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field.,Strong knowledge of operational systems and processes.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
