Hokian Budi Store is looking for a dedicated and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This is a remote position, offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers accurately and efficiently.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.,Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Monitor and track accounts payable and accounts receivable.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Provide financial support and advice to the management team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.,Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.,Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian language is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards is a plus.
