📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to identify the skills, qualifications, and experience required for each position.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on candidate suitability.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Provide feedback to candidates on their application status and next steps in the hiring process.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Bilingual in English and Indonesian is a plus.
