📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage kitchen operations, including food production, inventory, and staff scheduling.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling standards.,Train and develop kitchen staff to maintain high-quality standards and improve productivity.,Monitor food costs and implement strategies to control expenses.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to ensure food safety and hygiene.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Ensure all kitchen equipment is in good working condition and perform regular maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
