📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily administrative tasks including scheduling, coordination, and communication.,Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, including agenda setting, minute taking, and follow-up actions.,Maintain and update company records, including employee information, client data, and financial records.,Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.,Support the HR department in recruitment processes, including candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administrative Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate or business environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR processes and procedures is a plus.,Ability to speak and write in Indonesian is required.
