📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain network performance and security.,Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.,Document IT processes and procedures.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Understanding of basic networking concepts and protocols.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of IT support tools and software.Familiarity with common IT hardware and peripherals.Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail.Good time management skills.
