As a Forecourt Attendant / Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience from the moment they arrive. You'll operate fuel pumps, assist with vehicle servicing, and manage cash transactions using our state-of-the-art Point of Sale (POS) system. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate fuel pumps and assist customers with vehicle servicing.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the forecourt area.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control.
- Report any issues or concerns to the station manager promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fuel or retail industry.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Familiarity with fuel station operations and safety protocols.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
- Valid ID and clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
