📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Manage a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end and year-end close processes.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity, and work with the management team to develop strategies for financial stability.
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement financial plans and goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Proficient in using financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
