In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for financial management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Process payroll and manage employee benefits,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable,Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws,Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Indonesian
